Transactions & reporting

How do I export my transactions?

Filter your transaction list and download the matching records as a CSV file.

Article ACRU-001Acru product guide

Before you start

Open Transactions in your Acru dashboard. This guide describes the current dashboard interface; available records depend on your account and data source. In a demo or test environment, an export contains demo or test records—not live payment activity.

Download a transaction export

  1. Open Transactions from the Payments navigation.
  2. Set the date range for the period you need. The initial selection is Last 30 days.
  3. Use the status tabs, payment-method filter, or search field to narrow the results. Search accepts a transaction ID, customer name, email, description, or last four digits.
  4. Select Export at the top right of the transaction list.
  5. Open acru-transactions.csv from your browser’s downloads in your spreadsheet or reporting tool.

The export includes every matching record in the loaded collection, not just the six rows on the current table page. Clear unwanted filters before downloading a broader set of results.

What is included?

The CSV contains these columns:

  • Transaction ID and creation date/time
  • Amount and currency
  • Payment status and method
  • Customer name and email
  • Last four digits
  • Fee and net amount

If records are missing

Check the date range, selected status, payment method, and search text. Each active filter narrows the export. If no records match, the CSV contains column headings only.

This file is a transaction export, not a settlement statement. Its net column is calculated as amount minus fee; do not treat that value as proof that funds have settled or are available for payout.

Handle the file carefully

The export includes customer names and email addresses. Store it in an approved location and share it only with people who need access. The export does not include full card numbers or card security codes.
